What We Look For We have a rigorous selection process and require:
- A minimum master's degree in psychology or counselling from a recognised university
- Peak body membership , preferably, an SAC, SPS or equivalent membership
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience conducting one‑on‑one therapy as a mental health therapist
- Alignment with TYHO values: You are non‑judgemental, empathetic in interactions with clients, and sensitive to diverse backgrounds (eg sexual orientations, cultural identities, or language abilities).
