Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to step up into a HLTA role? Teaching Personnel is working with a specialist PRU in Manchester that is seeking a confident and resilient Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team full-time from September.

This alternative provision supports pupils aged 11–16 who are not currently in mainstream education. Many students present with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, and additional learning difficulties. The school provides a structured, supportive environment focused on re‑engagement, resilience, and positive outcomes.
