Position Overview
- Provide information to new returnees at Torkham Zero Point regarding available services and support.
- Identify individuals with protection concerns at the Zero Point, provide initial protection support, and refer them to appropriate service providers.
- Maintain and regularly update the service mapping; follow case management procedures during client referrals and follow-ups.
- Monitor clients’ progress consistently, ensuring services are delivered according to established criteria and standards.
- Ensure timely updates to the service mapping for referrals and submit weekly updates to track the progress of referred clients.
- Adhere strictly to IRW policies, procedures, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of the assigned support function portfolio in accordance with the action plan.
