Job Description The Proposals Manager supports the Work Dynamics Asia Pacific Proposals team with the coordination and production of proposal responses whilst working with stakeholders across the wider pursuit team (including sales, solution management and pricing leaders).
Responsibilities of this role will include: - Proposal Development: work independently or alongside more senior members of the proposal management team to support the development of proposals. This includes gathering and organizing proposal materials, such as resumes, project descriptions, and other relevant documentation.
- Proposal Coordination: help in coordinating the proposal process. This involves creating and maintaining proposal schedules, setting up the Teams channel for each opportunity, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that all contributors meet their respective deadlines.
