Proposal for Repair/Replacement of defective AC Compressor

At Hilliana Tower, during inspection of the Common Area Elevator Room No. 1, it was observed that Split AC Unit No. 2 was not operating properly due to compressor failure. Detailed assessment confirmed that the compressor was defective and non‑responsive, resulting in a complete loss of cooling performance within the elevator room. The affected unit is a 1.5 Ton GMCC Split AC system located at the 29th Floor Lift Room. To restore proper air conditioning functionality and maintain suitable operating conditions within the elevator room, replacement of the defective compressor along with all necessary fittings and associated servicing is strongly recommended.
