The Proposal & Estimating Coordinator is a full-time, permanent role that supports True Insight’s new business and proposal development process from opportunity intake through delivery handoff.

This role may be remote and will work closely with leadership, business development, research, strategy, design, vendors, and project management to turn new opportunities into clear, well-scoped, accurately estimated proposals.

The successful candidate must have a marketing, market research, consulting, or agency background and understand how marketing and/or research services are scoped, estimated, and delivered.
