Drives the proposal process and is proactive to meet milestones. Develops accurate and compelling technical, IT-focused proposal content (., technical approach, management approach, past performance, and executive summary) in an iterative writing process. Ensures agreed-upon elements are incorporated into a cohesive and persuasive format. Edits proposal content for effectiveness (., clarity, readability, accuracy, persuasiveness, and compliance) as well as style (., grammar, punctuation, word usage, sentence structure, and spelling). Interviews SMEs to extract highly technical information and convert into effective proposal content per solicitation requirements.
