About The Role
We are seeking a Property
Transaction Officer to support the delivery of our property disposal
programme, including the sale of the PRS Investor Portfolio and other non-core,
tactical asset disposals.
Working closely with the Senior
Property Transaction Manager and Head of Service, you will play a key role in
coordinating the end-to-end sales process once assets have been identified for
disposal. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational
skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide
range of stakeholders and professional advisors.
