Job description:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to understand property values and trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market.

Qualifications:

• Know-how on lease-hold rights
• Know-how on real estate internet selling particularly Airbnb business
• Wide networks of expats & clients who wants to have an Airbnb business or long term residential lease here in the Philippines
• Residing near BGC Taguig, Makati or willing to commute or relocate near the project site
• Has willingness to report to BGC office/showroom and do sales activities (online & offline)
