Birmingham based Property Manager required to manage an allocated portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments and to ensure the compliance with statutory obligations, lease provisions and Group policies, while delivering a high standard of customer service and financial control. Duties will include preparing reports for the Board, including Major Works, Property Inspections, Health & Safety reports and schedules of information, identifying and managing risks and liabilities, maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, attending residents’ meetings as required, managing site staff (e.g. caretakers, porters), overseeing insurance claims, undertaking routine property inspections, managing reactive and planned maintenance to ensure compliance with repairing obligations, managing contractors, preparing and issuing Section 20 Consultation notices (subject to solicitor approval), en...
