Minimum requirements

• Managing Trustees/Must understand the budgets
• Managing a portfolio of Sectional Title schemes and Home Owners Associations
• Property management experience within Sectional Title and HOAs
• Strong knowledge of community schemes and relevant legislation
• Experience managing trustee, director, AGM and SGM meetings
• Sound understanding of budgets, levies, arrears, financials and maintenance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple schemes and priorities
• Professional, client-focused and solutions-driven
• Computer literate (MS Office); property management systems advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport required
