McCarthy & Stone are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to lead a team of House Managers across Bristol and South Wales, with occasional travel to our Bournemouth office. 

This is fixed term contract for 6 months. 

Hours: 37 per week - Hybrid working with travel to developments in Bristol and South Wales.

Salary: £Competitive per annum, plus benefits, bonus, company car or car allowance

Job purpose: Accountable to the Divisional Director of Operations for managing the efficient and effective performance of our Retirement Living (RL) and Retirement Living Plus (RLP) developments, in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and associated dashboards.
