Property Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,400 - £33,000 plus bonus (flexible depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:

• Mon-Thurs: 09:15-18:00
• Fri: 09:15-17:00
• No weekends
• 1-hour lunch break daily
• Flexitime available

The Role

You will manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Managing tenancies and client relationships
• Handling maintenance issues
• Coordinating contractors
• Carrying out inspections
• Managing check-outs and deposits
• Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs)
