**Responsibilities**

+ Drive to properties and perform maintenance work on buildings.
+ Conduct repair and troubleshooting tasks using hand and power tools.
+ Perform janitorial duties and ensure cleanliness.
+ Carry out carpentry tasks, including finish trim and drywall installation.
+ Patch roofs and handle sheet rock tasks.
+ Cut concrete and install new flooring.
+ Dispose of garbage and maintain the overall upkeep of properties.
