The role
The Property & Maintenance Coordinator (Africa) is responsible for supporting the delivery of Lovisa’s maintenance and property strategy, ensuring all projects and tasks are completed within set timeframes and budgets.
- Coordinate maintenance across all retail stores, ensuring OH&S compliance and brand standards
- Manage and monitor maintenance requests via ticketing systems, ensuring agreed SLA turnaround times
- Create and issue Work Orders and Purchase Orders for maintenance and property projects
- Support and coordinate retail store fit-outs, upgrades and defect management
- Source, procure and manage non-stock items as required
