Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Handle the new tenants move in matters
- Deal with tenant's feedback and enquiries
- Guide tenants to follow the house rules and regulations
- Follow up with lease renewal and end tenancy
- Minor household repair work if needed
Requirements - Flexible working time (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Better to have O Level or above
- Able to work at multiple location across Singapore
- Have a high sense of responsibility and able to work patiently and initiative
