Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end residential properties.
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine check
- Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly
- Ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure
- Provide timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
- Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance with the contracts’ terms and conditions
- Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification
- Perform site management and supervise a group of Term Contractors
- Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections
