The Role

As a Property Development Paralegal, you will be managing OTP Developer sale files and reporting to a Partner.  Duties include - 
 

• Preparation of Contracts, on line searches,
• Following up on outstanding conditions,
• Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
• High volume of client contact with Developers
• Using Leap precedents and entering data into Excel 
• and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year Qld Conveyancing or Property Development Assistant or Paralegal experience.  Training will be provided...
