Job Summary

The Property Custodian is responsible for the safekeeping, issuance, and accurate recording of all resort supplies, materials, and equipment. This role safeguards the resort’s assets through strict inventory control, proper documentation, and compliance with established policies. The Property Custodian also monitors the use and movement of fixed assets, ensuring accountability across all departments. The position reports directly to the Business Unit Manager, working in coordination with the Accounting and Procurement Teams to support the resort’s operational and financial integrity.

To succeed as a Property Custodian, one must have strong organizational and record‑keeping skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, along with effective communication and coordination abilities.
