The Manchester College’s City Centre Campus is seeking a Property Assistant to join our dedicated Facilities Team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep the campus running smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and maintenance. Duties include unlocking buildings, setting up rooms, handling deliveries, and carrying out minor repairs, all supporting a great learning environment. You’ll also assist with events, site safety, and emergency procedures. This role suits someone with facilities, caretaking, or estates experience who enjoys variety and teamwork.
