Position Overview
Responsibilities - Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies or roadshows.
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
- Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and track product performance.
- Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked and in line with branding guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required.
Requirements - Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
