- Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations to convey product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the project team to implement industry solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications and functional analyses.
- Support go‑live activities and train users for daily operation.
