Main Responsibilities

· Vendor sourcing and prequalification together with PPM and panel team;

· Prepare and conduct RFQ process based on defined sourcing strategy and plan;

· Manage interface between Covestro and TG vendors for the assigned package(s);

· Conduct commercial clarification, evaluation and negotiations during bidding process, prepare CBE, selecting vendors based on TBE and CBE after alignment with PPM;

· Prepare and place Purchase Orders, as well Daily archiving of individual TG procurement document according to CI Procurement documentation requirement till PO closeout

· Report to PPM for the procurement progress and status of the assigned package...
