We are looking for a structured and relationship-driven Project Talent Specialist to own and further develop our external talent ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of freelance talent, ensuring a reliable, compliant, and high-quality talent pool that supports seamless project delivery.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs for our projects in Event Production and Spatial Experiences, identify and source the right freelance professionals, and ensure efficient engagement processes. Acting as a key partner within the Project Talent function, you will help optimise freelance workforce planning and continuously enhance the quality and performance of our freelance network.
