What You’ll Do

• Lead surveying activities across responsive maintenance projects .
• Manage and mentor a small team to ensure works are on time, on budget, and high quality .
• Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams .
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies .
