• Ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential commercial hospitality projects.
• Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering pre or post-contract cost management and consultancy.
• Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement assessment and agreement of variations payment certificates final account cost reporting.
• Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.
• Assist in benchmarking data collection internal reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or other Construction related field.
• Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC.
• 2-5 years post graduate experience.
• 1-2 years in the Middle East.
