SUMMARY

This role is to assist in the timely receiving, dispatching, control, and visibility of materials received into the KIC and North Slope sites for final delivery across the East – West ice Road.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively promote a culture of health and safety and participate in safety reviews and progress meetings.

Inbound Activities

Daily communication & coordination with the LMS Traffic & Logistics Specialist in Anchorage on the anticipated arrival of truck coming up from the South - North corridor for receiving and offload.

Update COPA Materials Handling contractor of expected arrivals for planning purposes.

Meet truck drivers arriving on site and collect paperwork

Receive the loads into c2c and arrange the yard marshal to direct the driver to the offload area.

Collect copies of POD’s and archive in the TMS.
