Key Responsibilities - Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from drawings specifications and tender documents
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements
- Analyze drawings to identify material and scope requirements
- Assist in cost estimation budgeting and tender preparation
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and practices
- Maintain organized records of measurements and supporting documentation
