• Follow the approved quality management plan to monitor the project execution of NSCR project
• Ensure the definition, planning and implementation of all the approved quality assurance activities (e.g. quality audits, quality documentation, …) required for Tenders, Projects, Plants, Suppliers and Legal Entities
• Ensure the QA workload and staffing in alignment with the budget objectives
