Project / Program Manager



GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO looking to add a Project / Program Manager to their team. The role is a CONTRACT position.



Responsibilities:

• Support PeopleSoft Program manager


• Interface with high level client management, as well as vendors


• Facilitate project activities, as needed


• Facilitate resource management for projects


• Coordinate and communicate with agency stakeholders


• Understand political relationship of key decision makers


• Facilitate management of issues and risks from the projects to the program


• Ensure that deliverables are developed per defined requirements and timeframe


• Stay abreast of significant change initiatives


• Highlight and identify needed program changes


• Work with personnel on project/program findings and recommendations.
