CA-SSThis position reports directly to the POM/Clinical Engineering Director and is responsible for the oversight and functionality of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) application and TJC Accreditation readiness. Serves as CMMS expert and primary internal resource. Incumbent will work closely with internal and external customers on processes related to CMMS, Departmental Policies, Workflows and Processes. The incumbent will perform data cleansing, train end users, and manage service request related to CMMS. Work with vendors to report and resolve trouble tickets, submit enhancement requests, and testing in question and answers for application fixes and or enhancements.
