To prepare turnkey project work programs as per the guidelines provided by the Project Manager/ Estimation Manager and monitor the progress of the project against the plan to ensure its completion within the specified time frame.

• Prepare the work programs specifying the time required to complete each process of construction such as material procurement, mobilization, installation, manpower requirement, etc.
• Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and program to the Construction Manager / Project Execution team and clients (where required) for review and approval.
• Monitor closely each process of the project in coordination with the Construction Manager/ planning engineer to ensure that the plan is being followed properly and the work is proceeding as per the programme.
