What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of general administrative and coordination support to the project team
  • Manage all activities relating to project order processing and documentation
  • Ensure accurate filing of contracts, vendor documents, technical designs, and approvals
  • Maintain proper filing and version control of project documents in shared drives
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding activities (access requests, clearances, documentation)
  • Track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor payments
  • Update progress reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
  • Schedule meetings (steering committee, vendor sync, daily stand-ups, working group meetings)
  • Prepare meeting materials (agendas, minutes, action items)
  • Maintain project registers (issues, risks, change requests)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on queries ...
