About the Role

Due to growth within our contracts, we are excited to bring on an experienced Project Officer who will be required to be responsible for providing integrated administrative and coordination support to our Telecommunications Defence contracts.

The role ensures effective project governance, documentation control, and delivery tracking while supporting the Project Manager in driving project outcomes across complex defence and telecommunications infrastructure environments.

Other Key Responsibilities of the role: 

• Plan, schedule, and track project deliverables, milestones, and progress against scope, schedule, and cost baselines
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery
