Position Overview
Job Description - Oversee project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Employer expectation,
- Analyse, manage and track project costs again budget.
- Manage in-house MEP design works, including basic design, detailed design, shop drawing and BIM coordination.
- Coordinate with architecture, C&S and Process, ICA and other trades.
- Attend technical and site coordinate meetings with Employer, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.
- Assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E works with Consultants and Employer.
- Oversee construction activities by In-house installation teams, site safety, arrange timely delivery of M&E equipment and materials.
