Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the execution of assigned projects and acts as the link between the superintendent, the client, and professionals.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, planning, and coordinating all stages of a construction project in collaboration with the superintendent;
- Ensuring communication and coordination with the client, professionals, and subcontractors;
- Reviewing plans and specifications and making recommendations to optimize processes and resources;
- Negotiating and awarding contracts to suppliers and subcontractors;
- Establishing and adhering to schedules and ensuring project progress;
- Conducting site visits and supervising the work of the superintendent and subcontractors;
- Maintaining rigorous follow-up on ongoing projects;
