Position Overview
- Lead the technical delivery of IT infrastructure and system implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
- Act as the primary technical lead for system deployment, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover activities
- Work closely with Project Managers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, implementation plans, and project milestones
- Design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, databases, and network devices
- Perform system installation, configuration, debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution during project execution and site deployments
- Manage and administer SQL databases using SQL Server Management Studio, including database setup, backup, restoration, performance tuning, and query optimization
