Job Description
Lead and manage the project team to oversee all development activities, ensuring completion within the approved budget, timeline, and with high-quality standards.
Oversee on-site project management, assess the performance of contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors, and provide timely feedback to management.
Ensure that all construction works are executed in strict compliance with approved plans, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Monitor overall project progress and proactively guide the team to prepare and procure necessary materials in advance.
Organize and conduct project kick-off meetings, monthly site meetings, technical meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal project team discussions.
Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
