Job Description
- Resource Management: Direct and manage resources allocated to B-Degree/B Tech in Built Environment projects, ensuring cohesive and efficient execution within cost, quality, and time constraints.
- Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Provide mechanisms for lodging disputes.
- Apply NEC principles and contract conditions.
- Escalate unresolved disputes to higher levels or mediation.
- Project Execution Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive project execution plan.
- Scheduling and Costing:
