Position Overview
- Act as a liaison between site teams and project management to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution.
- Monitor and review the master construction programme, prepare recovery plans, and adjust site schedules to mitigate delays.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Work closely with the technical team and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues prior to work commencement.
- Support budget preparation and monitor cost reports to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, site records, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
