Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Leading and managing a multidisciplinary site team and direct contact with client project manager.
- Liaising daily with the Client and EPCM Contractor on technical legal and contractual matters.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the power plant project.
- Handling all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
- Coordinating works to ensure compliance with contract specifications within the project schedule.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any delays.
- Approving key deliverables and making technical and commercial decisions.
- Initiating contract changes and claims against contractors.
Qualifications - Experience with power plant consultants EPC/EPCM contractors and gas turbine OEMs.
- Experience in tendering contracts and plant performance in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of sitebased project .
