Position Overview
Job Description & Requirements Project Planning & Coordination - Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
- Lead project team to complete project within schedule
- Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultant, project managers and clients
Technical Oversight - Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.
