Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for managing bespoke engineering projects from concept, through design and manufacture, test, installation and handover. Your clients could be from a broad range of industries including nuclear, military and aerospace as well as theatres and entertainment.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with Head of Projects and other key members of the engineering team to initiate a new project.Attend a handover meeting with Sales and Engineering so that new projects are handed over effectively with all relevant documentation. Co-ordinate with the Project Team and other departments as necessary.Arrange ‘kick-off’ meeting with client (issue agenda) and clarify project details (minutes to be recorded).Establish lines of communication with the client and ensure minutes are recorded for all meetings with the client.Develop and issue pr...
