Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager and Delivery Lead to take full accountability for programme governance, milestone delivery and stakeholder management across an eight-month ServiceNow transformation programme. The role is responsible for financial control, risk management, RAID governance and executive reporting, operating within a structured governance framework with Steering Committee oversight.
Key Responsibilities - Accountable for end-to-end programme governance, milestone management, financial control and risk management.
- Lead weekly Programme Control Board meetings and manage all RAID items.
- Manage the integrated delivery plan across parallel workstreams including ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD and SecOps.
