• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management and Industrial Engineering principles to improve cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process models, process maps, value stream maps, and standard operating procedures.
• Work at the intersection of business analysis, systems thinking, and technology implementation.
