Position Overview
Project management: Through all relevant engineering managers and team leads, ensure accurate and regular maintenance of project plans and reporting of all major issues regarding projects to the Management Team. Through the relevant managers, ensure all technical and commercial aspects of projects are addressed in a timely fashion during the implementation of the projects.Provide regular review process for all projects to the Executive Management Team.Project performance - Manage project, lead project teams to ensure costs and schedules performance per budget and plan. Customer & Project Staff feedback, project risk management, project specifications met, accurate on-time reporting, compliance with company quality policy.
