Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Submission to building management/ main contractor
  • Work schedule planning
  • Co-ordination site work with sub-contractors
  • Discuss detail drawing with designer
  • Material procurement / cutting list
  • Meeting with Consultants
  • Co-ordination site work with sub-contractors
  • Discuss structural detail drawing with architect
  • Arrange workers daily site schedule
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years with relevant experience in project management of building/warehouse construction
  • Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin ti liaise with associates
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
  • Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
