Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of precast delivery operations, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and objectives.
- Lead coordination with clients to plan, monitor, and optimize delivery schedules across all project phases.
- Ensure timely delivery and site readiness in accordance with contractual and client requirements.
- Direct and oversee daily joint inspections with client representatives to ensure quality compliance of precast components prior to installation.
- Monitor site logistics to ensure efficient offloading of precast components within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation and control of delivery records, including trailer movement, delivery orders, and material tracking.
