Full‑time permanent role. Preferable locations are Wellington (Newmarket office) or Auckland (Waterloo Quay office); open to applicants residing outside these regions.

As Project Manager – Planned Programmes, you’ll work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to contract and deliver planned programmes of work across the country. These include exterior painting, re‑roofing, refurbishment and other minor capital upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NZ Building Code and maintain residential properties.
• Use practical and project management experience in residential property maintenance.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, applying project management principles to ensure delivery within agreed compliance, timeframe, quality and financial parameters.
