Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a large industrial plant in Pembroke. The role will involve managing all aspects of the project by working closely with customers, vendors and subcontractors ensuring all aspects of quality and safety standards are met. Duties will include:
- Reporting to the Director / Project Sponsor & General Manager to deliver a pro-active and improvement driven approach to project management.
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with the client by applying extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the organisations work processes, business practice's and the roles of assigned project team.
- Planning, organising, directing and controlling all activities on assigned projects.
- Deploying continuous improvement approach to management.
- Managing staff training and disciplinary requirements.
- Providing accurate daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports / cost forecasts.
